Before
Bring any meditation accessories you have (blankets, pillows, bells, bluetooth speaker).
Introduce yourself and learn some new names as people arrive.
During
5 minutes after the hour, circle up and go around the group introducing your name, where you're from, and why you like mindfulness.
Let someone suggest a guided meditation to play on a Bluetooth speaker (or if there are experienced facilitators they can offer to lead). Keep the meditation to 10-20 minutes.
After
Afterwards, feel free to hang out for a few minutes, exchange numbers or handles, or head home for the evening feeling more connected.
